Return Policy
Read carefully before assembly.
Closed boxes
Unopened cabinets may be returned within 15 days of delivery subject to a 20% restocking fee and final inspection by our team.
Opened boxes
Once a box is opened, the cabinet is non-returnable. Please inspect packaging before opening and contact us immediately with any concerns.
Damage in transit
Inspect every box at delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and reach out within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Order cancellations
No guarantees, but we'll do our best to cancel or modify an order if you reach out within the first 24 hours. Once an order has shipped or entered fulfillment it can no longer be cancelled. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Wrong or missing items
If something arrives incorrect or missing from your order, email us with your order number and photos of the packaging and packing slip. We'll investigate and ship a replacement as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
How to start a return
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll arrange pickup and inspection.
