White Shaker RTA is a website operated by Distinct Kitchen & Bath LLC(“we”, “us”, “our”), a Florida limited liability company. By placing an order or using this site you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders and acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues. An order confirmation email is a receipt of your order, not acceptance.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are added at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order ships.
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please review our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
5. Returns, cancellations, and damage
Returns, order cancellations, and claims for damaged or missing items are governed by our Return Policy. Please read it before placing an order.
6. Product information
We work hard to accurately describe our cabinets, including dimensions, materials, and finishes. Actual color and grain may vary slightly from images on your screen. Cabinets ship ready-to-assemble; assembly is the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Warranty and limitation of liability
Cabinets are warranted against manufacturing defects for a reasonable period after delivery. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including installation costs, lost time, or property damage.
8. Design service
Our $49 design service provides layout guidance based on the information you provide. Final measurements, appliance sizing, plumbing, electrical, and code compliance are the responsibility of the buyer and their installer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
